Sports Massage

A deep tissue massage designed to loosen any stiff muscles and help with recovery. It has a reputation for being uncomfortable due to its deep nature but will always be to each patients individual tolerance.

Booking Advice

 

  • If you haven't had one before I'd recommend a 30 Minute session to start off with. 

​

  • 30 Minutes is enough to cover 3 Muscle Groups MAX. For example Calfs, Hamstrings and Quads (LEGS). Although I'd recommend 45 minutes for legs to give us enough time to be thorough.

​

  • Anything more than 3 Muscle Groups, I'd recommend  45 or 60 minutes. For Example, Legs or Lower back, Shoulders and Neck.

​

  • 90 Minute option now available if you'd like to cover legs and back thoroughly. We only advise you book this if you've had Sports Massage before.

​

  • If you have a tense back and neck from working at a desk, all appointment lengths are suitable. The longer sessions will just give us more time to ease that tension.

*We currently don't offer pregnancy massage. If you're pregnant we'd recommend someone experienced in this type of treatment rather than Sports Massage.
